ORÍGEN® invites you to release tension and reconnect through somatic dance, combining movement, rhythm and introspection to create emotional clarity and energetic reset. And Harmonic Balance – Breath & Stretch focuses on mobility, flexibility and postural harmony, bringing a holistic approach to opening the body and calming the mind.

Yoga

(Connection and Presence)

This integrative yoga practice blends alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement to create a deeply nourishing experience for both body and mind. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, enhance flexibility, and build strength while cultivating presence and awareness. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, these classes offer tools to explore your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will learn to move with intention, honor your limits, and develop resilience through breath and posture. SOMATIC DANCE - ORÍGEN®

 (Sensuality and Vitality)

ORÍGEN® is a somatic dance experience that draws from Afro-Brazilian and Spanish traditions, honoring the wisdom of Mother Earth and the intelligence of your body. Each session invites you to move freely, awaken your vital energy, and feel the rhythms that flow within you. Through conscious movement, breath, and presence, you will release tension, open your senses, and cultivate confidence, sensuality, and creative power. This practice nurtures body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to reconnect with your natural vitality and feminine energy. ORÍGEN® is for everyone, from beginners to experienced movers, and especially for those who wish to embody their sensuality, embrace their life force, and move with authentic freedom. Every session is a journey into pleasure, empowerment, and self-expression.

HARMONIC BALANCE - BREATH & STRETCH

(Emotional Detox and Harmony)

In these one-hour sessions, prepare for a restorative experience that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. Gentle breathwork, soft stretches, and flowing movements guide you to release tension and restore inner balance. Through mindful awareness and subtle energetic guidance, you will feel grounded, revitalized, and emotionally refreshed. Healing music and energy-balancing elements support your integration, helping you reconnect with your own vitality. Suitable for all levels, each session invites you to move, breathe, and realign in a safe and restorative space. Begin your journey into serenity, inner balance, and emotional detox starting.

Retreats & Sacred Gatherings : “Inner Alchemy Lab”

More than a yoga class : a journey back to yourself.

These gatherings are gentle pauses woven into the rhythm of life. Each one is rooted in a meaningful theme ; inspired by lunar cycles, seasonal shifts, or energetically potent days. Times when nature itself invites us to slow down, look within, and realign.

You don’t need any previous experience to join. You are exactly where you’re meant to be. These are inclusive spaces, open to all bodies and all hearts, created with care and presence.

Sometimes, we need to withdraw and turn inward. Other times, we long to connect and feel held in community. These gatherings offer space for both :  reflection and togetherness, stillness and movement.

By using movement, breathwork, meditation, and sensory awareness, each experience invites you to connect with your body and yourself. It’s a moment to feel, to listen, and to simply be.

Each retreat is unique, but the intention remains the same: that you leave with something meaningful. A sense of peace. A moment of clarity. A quiet spark of inspiration. Or simply the comfort of having gifted yourself time.
