Movement Club Membership

Our Movement Club Membership offers the greatest flexibility and value for members who enjoy attending regularly.

Includes

• Unlimited Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Yoga classes.
• Access to all scheduled classes, subject to availability.

Terms

• Membership fees are billed weekly.
• No lock-in contract.
• Membership continues until cancelled.
• Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
• Membership is non-transferable.
• Classes remain subject to studio capacity and booking availability.
• Subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All class bookings, cancellations and membership management must be completed through the Mindbody App. Cancellations via telephone, SMS, email or social media cannot be accepted.

Cancellation Window

Classes may be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class.

Late Cancellation & No-Show

A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class.

The following fees apply:

Drop-In Class

• The full class fee will be forfeited.

Class Packs

• One class credit will be deducted.

Movement Club Membership

• A $10 Late Cancellation Fee will automatically be charged to your nominated payment method.

These policies help ensure classes remain available for other members and support the smooth operation of our boutique studio.

General Terms & Conditions

• All memberships, class packs and passes are issued to one individual only.
• Memberships, class packs and passes cannot be shared or transferred.
• Prices may change from time to time without notice.
• OM IN MOVEMENT reserves the right to amend the class timetable, instructors or class formats where reasonably necessary.
• Participation in classes is subject to clients completing any required health declarations or pre-exercise screening.
• Clients participate in all activities at their own risk and should consult an appropriate health professional where necessary before commencing any exercise program.
• OM IN MOVEMENT reserves the right to refuse participation where it considers it necessary for the health and safety of the client, other participants or instructors.
• All class bookings, memberships and purchases are processed through the Mindbody booking platform. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable Mindbody Terms & Conditions during the booking and purchase process.
• Where there is any inconsistency or conflict between these Membership & Pass Terms and the applicable Mindbody Terms & Conditions, the Mindbody Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
• By purchasing a membership, class pack or pass, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Membership & Pass Terms, the applicable Mindbody Terms & Conditions, and our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
